Success fee on the escrow route
Sellers can close a deal through an independent licensed escrow provider from inside Acquisitions. When they do, a success fee applies to the final deal price based on the seller plan at closing. Buyers never pay a success fee.

Escrow fees charged by the escrow provider are separate and are shown to both sides before funding.
How plan limits are counted
Valuation estimates, NDA requests and active listings are counted as usage per billing period. A new period starts a fresh allowance.
- Deleting an estimate, withdrawing an NDA request or removing a listing does not return quota.
- Unused allowance does not roll over to the next period.
- Moving to a higher plan applies the higher allowance right away and charges the difference at once.
- Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
There is no free plan, no one-time purchase and no credits. The free part of Acquisitions is the one-time valuation demo on the home page.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are final. Refunds are made only for a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a complete failure of the service. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
