Why you only see verified listings

A listing appears in search only after its revenue and traffic come from read-only connections to the seller's payment processor and analytics. Sellers cannot type their own MRR or churn into a card. If a connection drops, the listing is hidden until the seller reconnects.

This keeps screening fast. You compare like with like and spend your diligence time on fit, not on checking screenshots. How the connections work is on Revenue verification.

Business names, domains and private documents stay hidden until you sign an NDA in the app. The seller then sees who you are and decides whether to share more.

How to read a verified listing

Start with the trend, not the latest month. Twelve months of steady revenue with low churn tells you more than one strong month. Then check gross margin after model and hosting costs and the inference cost share, because they decide how much of the revenue becomes profit for you.

Look at the model provider and the stack next. A product tied to one provider carries more risk than one that can switch. Finally compare the asking price with the revenue multiple, and run the numbers through SaaS valuation multiples to see where the price sits against general indicative bands.

When a listing fits, request an NDA, open the documents and work through the SaaS due diligence checklist with the seller.

Each category has its own guide to what buyers check and how listings are priced.

What your plan opens

Scout covers listings up to 250k USD asking price, verified metrics, 10 NDA requests per month, deal alerts and 20 valuation estimates per month. Acquirer opens all listing sizes, unlimited NDA requests, the LOI builder, due diligence checklists and saved theses. Fund adds 5 seats with roles, SSO, an audit log and a shared pipeline. Full details are on Pricing for buyers and sellers.

NDA requests and estimates are counted per billing period. Deleting a request does not return quota.
